Privacy
Loomcycle is open-source software at github.com/denn-gubsky/loomcycle. This page (loomcycle.dev) is the project's marketing site. It does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data.
What we don't do
- We don't set cookies. None. Not analytics cookies, not preference cookies, not consent-banner cookies.
- We don't run third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no Segment).
- We don't fingerprint your browser. No canvas, audio, font, or device-enumeration tracking.
- We don't sell, share, or rent any data, because we don't collect any in the first place.
What we do
- Cloudflare logs IP addresses at the edge for DDoS protection and abuse prevention. Logs roll off Cloudflare's edge within a few weeks per Cloudflare's standard policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). We don't access those logs.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts aggregate visits per page. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint. The data we see is: number of visits, top referrers, top pages. No personally identifiable information.
- If you email us ([email protected] or [email protected]), the email lands in a regular inbox. Treat your email as you would any direct correspondence; we retain it as long as the conversation is relevant, then we delete it.
Your rights (GDPR / UK-GDPR / California CCPA)
Because we don't collect personal data, most rights (access, deletion, portability, correction) are trivially satisfied — there is nothing to access, delete, port, or correct.
If you've emailed us and want us to delete that thread, reply with "please delete this conversation" and we'll do so within 30 days.
Data controller
This site is operated from Romania by the project maintainer (the "data controller" in GDPR terms). For inquiries: [email protected] or [email protected] — either works.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date below. There is no mailing list to notify because we don't collect emails.
